Privacy Policy
This policy covers the iOS game The Prospect: Prep to Pro ("the app") and its web page at draivemobile.com/prospect. The short version: we don't collect personal data in the app, we don't track you, and your career stays on your iPhone.

Your career is stored on your device
Your athlete, career progress, settings, Kudos and cosmetics are saved locally on your iPhone. You don't need an account, and we don't run a server that receives your game data. Deleting the app deletes this data. If you use iCloud device backups, Apple may include the app's data in your backup under Apple's own terms.
Purchases go through Apple
Prospect Pro subscriptions and cosmetic purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, email, payment card or Apple ID. The app only receives a confirmation from Apple that a purchase is valid, so it can unlock what you bought. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
No tracking in the app
- No analytics or advertising SDKs, and no ads.
- No tracking across apps or websites, and no request for the App Tracking Transparency permission.
- No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
- We don't sell or share data, because we don't collect it.
Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with developers if you opted in to "Share with App Developers" in your iPhone settings. These reports are aggregated by Apple and don't identify you.
The website
draivemobile.com counts page visits with Umami Cloud (EU servers). Umami uses no cookies, doesn't store IP addresses and doesn't follow you across websites. We only see totals, such as how many people opened a page and which links they clicked. The website sets no cookies.
TestFlight beta
If you email us to join the beta, we use your email address only to invite you through Apple TestFlight and to reply to your feedback. Apple's TestFlight may share crash reports and feedback you choose to send. Ask us at any time and we'll remove your address.
Children
The app doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Since the app keeps your data on your device, in practice this concerns only emails you send us. Write to tom@draive.online.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date below.
